We offer a complete range of accessories and chemicals, including bromine, chlorine, active oxygen, aromatherapy scents, and cleaning tools. What is special about Arctic Spas® covers and air source heat pumps?
Arctic Spas® covers are designed for year-round use, offering excellent insulation to maintain water temperature and reduce energy costs. The air source heat pump is a highly efficient heating solution that works effectively even in colder climates. Both are sold separately to ensure comfort in any season.

How long does delivery take and what shipping options are available?
All orders require a 1-2 day processing time. After that, you can choose:

Do you offer global shipping? Are there region restrictions?
Yes, we serve customers worldwide! However, due to logistics constraints, we currently do not ship to Asia and some remote areas. Our network is optimized for North America, Europe, Australia, and other regions with high demand for our wellness solutions.
How are large swim spas delivered? Is special equipment required?
Large items (swim spas and hot tubs) are shipped via freight carriers. Delivery usually requires a forklift or similar equipment for unloading. After purchase, our team will coordinate details to ensure smooth delivery.
Can I track my order?

We offer complete maintenance solutions, including chemicals, cleaning tools, and replacement parts (like Balboa parts, ClearRay UV bulbs, etc.). Regular use of our recommended chemicals and filter cleaning extends product life and ensures optimal water quality.
Can my spa be used year-round?
Absolutely! Our Arctic Spas® covers and efficient heat pumps (shipped separately if ordered) ensure you can enjoy a comfortable spa experience in any season, even in colder climates.
